I think many fresh graduates now simply over estimate themselves. Reach office after 10am, have 2hrs lunch break and expect to leave office 6pm on the dot WHILE still expecting to get promoted every cycle!

Its true. New analyst will have adjusted pay salary of 5K base, while newly promoted SA will be 5.5K base. Unsure about CL9. If there's any newly promoted CL9, please share the updates!

CL 9 readjusted new pay will be 7k + 400. And fk the BS new analyst and SA pay. Now those SA year 1/2 existing ones will not help the juniors

Bro no offence but I think u probably working at a very inefficient rate. Nowadays can automate like 60-70% of the work… the time consuming part probably just lies with the initial phase to draft up the code once done things are moving at a fast pace..

Those that always OT probably have bad time management and don't know how to prioritize their tasks. Hence always cannot take on more responsibilities for their job
