I think many fresh graduates now simply over estimate themselves. Reach office after 10am, have 2hrs lunch break and expect to leave office 6pm on the dot WHILE still expecting to get promoted every cycle!
Back in my days I don’t even dare to leave the office before my project lead and direct boss leave office, which is usually around ~9pm.
And of course I reach office before then at ~7:45am

CL 9 readjusted new pay will be 7k + 400. And fk the BS new analyst and SA pay. Now those SA year 1/2 existing ones will not help the juniors
