Will likely come in as a manager. Taking around 10k with variable bonus at 1-2 months no awa.

What’s the band for manager? My base is around 11 today, that might mean a pay cut, along with the fact that my variable is 2-3 months

Better to stay in your current role. The work life balance at ACN is not worth it unless you're getting a significant raise.
