The real jump is when go to ast. Manager. Manager should be hitting 5 digit liao

I would say for the new analyst program after one year promotion to 5.5 is a pretty good deal.

Depends on the delivery unit but wouldn't be surprised for those in hot tech fields like software engineering and cybersecurity to get 5k+ after a year. They need to retain ppl and prevent them from hopping to banks, MNC, startups, etc...
