Anyone knows what is the salary for cognizant graduate analyst now as a new joiner? A year back was 4k

Probably 5% from analyst to snr analyst.
10% from snr analyst to consultant.
Don’t expect a big jump.

So 1 year to promote to senior analyst, then 2 years to promote to specialist?

Actually no.
Sr analyst is 5.9k incl allowance
Specialist is 6.9k incl allowance.
