Much better than Big 4 and NCS/Tata/Capgemini in terms of salary, growth and exits. Better wlb than Big 4 100%.

Possible to exit to Civil servant?
If so, should I fight to do civil servant projects when I go in?
Are they more demanding than pte coy?

Hi guys, I had a mental breakdown while I was working in ACN.
I couldn't program. Panic attack etc.
So I told my boss I wanted to quit because I can't. My mental health.
She wanted to help me. Etc. Ask me is it the pay etc.
I said no. I literally can't code anymore. My mind has broke.
I told her I need to to IMH and can't work anymore.
She thinks I'm joking. Anyway long story short. She managed to get me to go for unpaid leave 3 months.
But I didn't know then that if you take unpaid leave you give up your bonus.
So April I'm supposed to be back into office.
I tried to refresh my mind. Reading my old code etc.
And I just couldn't.
It's like my mind is shutdown. Actively trying to protect itself from a mental breakdown.
You know that feeling when you have to relearn 1 whole syllabus and your exam is next week and you can't understand anything?
Is my programming days over?
Am I broken?

Tell that to his boss whose kpi depends on him programming for his life.
5 days a week programming from 9 am to midnight. Weekend included.
Programmers really the slaves.
Analyst still okay. Just Google some solution. Propose solution.
Can work or not work. Never mind.
It's the programmers taichi to use your solution that doesn't make sense to meet deadline.
Programmer is the bottom of the tech chain.
Ok maybe infra. But infra / SYS admin their work got process. Got manual. Got user guide one.
No need to figure things out
So programmer is really the bottom of the food chain.

That's why they call the job title as analyst.
If put programmer.
Nobody will join.
