Which bank? Think you should lean to ACN due to the brand name + consulting experience.

UOB MA.
But this consulting experience is not like legit consulting experience like MBB those kind leh.
This one more like Big 4 consulting. Not much use

tbh go for UOB MA. Career progression is much faster through a MA programme as compared to direct hire.

But TBH if you realize UOB doesn't have a graduate program. Their graduate program is their "MA", you can see this from the salary also haha.

Acn brand name in sg not the most amazing. Maybe in us then got that wow factor. Still, it cant beat banks

Ops role is not bad too. If you don't realize most local banks they already outsource/offshore a significant portion of those manual/tedious/repetitive work, and they have bank contract/trainee staff to do those. As graduate program ops is more engaged in bigger picture stuff like system improvement and implementation etc.

Hmm it's just very hard to shine out compared to other departments. But if you dont mind, it's still a good place.

Um... ACN is a strong brand now esp since everything is essentially tech in this day and age (even McKinsey, BCG have digital arms).
Banks also value tech consulting exp now. Was previously from ACN and now in a BB doing tech strat. What function are you tagged to for UOB MA?
