Does accenture give out offers after EE? Or is there usually another round with project team?

I heard from HR that some may have another doing with the project team if they want to know more about your skills and how you will align in their team

Did you go ahead and sign your other coy first? I'm stuck in a similar situation. Ended up had to sign with the other coy first else the offer lapse. Abit of a sticky situation

lol, what are you talking about. Accenture grants free entry and gives decent pay to all local uni holders. The only possibility that ppl cannot get any offer is usually because they are from a private university or the very rare failure found in a local uni.

That's the hard truth, even though not all private uni graduates are trash, 90% of them are trash, how can employers tell for sure they are hiring the 10% that are capable? The answer is there is no way for them to tell for sure, so it's safer not to hire them.

Genuine question- what is a private uni in Singapore?
Is it universities in Singapore outside local unis ( NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, SUSS) or does private unis include overseas universities (where people go out of Singapore to really good reputed unis in US and UK?)
I totally understand employers wanting to go for candidates from unis they know in Singapore. But, that doesn’t mean others are capable
Also- lol what short courses do you guys suggest to take from local unis? I’m thinking for using my skills share credit to upskill for jobs in consulting.
