fresh grad survey is not 100% accurate. need to look at sample size, how many % respondents and quite frankly nothing is stopping fresh grads with low self-esteem to key in an arbitrary number during these trying times

which part of not 100% accurate do you not comprehend? anw, other than unicorns, bank tech progs and BIG Tech, the rest have to settle for industry direct hire or consultancies (like ACN and NCS) which are below 5k so...

if ACN cant get the ppl they want they will naturally raise it. until then from a business pt of view, im sure they will just pay the least amt they can
