9-5 jobs are long gone already. If you still have this mindset, be prepared to lose opportunities be it locally or from foreign competition. Working OT is just an unspoken rule these days and we have to accept it because of deadline and time is of essence the earlier you deliver the more business you can conduct.

You know you can get sued right? The contract states clearly that you’re not supposed to take up other form of employment. If you currently have any employment you must declare before joining.

Competiting employment only. If you full time with Accenture then part time have a software company then it's conflict la.
Give tuition to primary school children at their home for a few hours few nights per week conflict what ****. Teach maths only what. Not teach software programming.
Then weekend teach musics to private student also will kena sued? Then those who weekend go perform in concert as their hobby die?
So by your logic. If you work for a company. You can have no other passive income or dream or job on the side?
Contract got say I sign here I promise to work until midnight? If got then ill ask 1k extra.

Nope. Overtime is a symptom of poor planning and insufficient resources.
If you need overtime means your project schedule should be longer. If the deadline is fixed then customer must pay more. Why? So we can hire extra resources.
And please la. You think sit in office for 12 hours 6 days per week will be effective.
All mental productivity study tells us your productivity drops after few hours.
So you overtime tonight? Big ****ing deal. Tomorrow you come to work in morning or noon won't be productive.. Do you see doctor still open their clinic way pass 9 pm.
Don't be dumb and buy into the idea of overtime.

This guy is probably trolling. Obviously has no experience with full-time employment contracts.

Eh fark you la. Tuition income I been doing it since I JC. Throughout Ns and university.
Just say its my personal business. From word of mouth. Neighbour kid. Etc. Cause I'm scholar holder.
Yes my mother sell my reputation.
And ask for music lesson... It's a hobby.
My parents paid good money for me to learn music when I was young.
Now I can teach, nothing wrong to earn back with the skills I paid for...
Why work with acn? I applied. They ask me interview. I got it. So thinking of accepting.
Nothing wrong with that.
