My take is bad management and lack of both skilled talents and employees in general. A lot of contractors supplementing us full-time new joiners over the months here but we're all equally blur starting out. This means those above the bottom have more to do, but already have little time to teach us, thus a longer period of 'babysitting the newbies before they can be useful'.

Also inb4 the smart alecs come to reply "no spoonfeeding", that we should be thankful / greatful to have the job, know everything beforehand and put in 200% to do our best-est best. >.>

Actually no one has ever spoon fed us when we join as fresh grads. Either too busy or no proper structure in place. We also ownself try and test on the job….
So don’t know what babysitting you’re talking about.

Does Accenture protect its employees if clients bs about you. Like raise voice and uses bad tone to question why certain things not provided when it’s not even mentioned or agreed upon at the start of the discussion and agreement phrase. Then suddenly now request for this and that, can be counted as additional add one lo wts. Complain so easy but never realised it’s not even agreed to be provided or covered.

So fk up. No wonder all the H&PS projects have been hearing people complaining on the kind of attitude shown by clients. Cos no one ever raise this concern and just let it go the first time the client show attitude or raise voice etc. seems that now all the H&PS or government project clients take it as they are able to do as such

If your project is overseas and you need to be onsite, does Accenture covers your air ticket, living expenses such as accommodation, transport, food? Can fly business class anot?
Is the salary higher too?

Anyone who experienced overseas projects onsite mind sharing?
Thanks
