Regarding this, everyone has their own definition of "spoonfeeding". For example if I'm given a sample of test cases to reference when drafting my own and get told I'm doing it wrong, apparently asking for elaboration is considered spoonfeeding..
Personally I agree that our superiors are either too busy (fair enough) or there's a lack of structure/documentation for the onboarding.
So either we're given simple/minor tasks or something that would take < 1 day if you understand it but you take a few days ~ 1 week because you don't. Again could be due to them being busy + pestered to give you something to do by supervisors so they give us this 'time-waster' to get everyone off their backs. xD

Any advice? Is it good to stay in a project with different release for more than 2 years? Basically facing the same client and work is rather same.

You can book flights and hotels via Accenture travel page, and they are charged directly to the wbs code. It will show which ones are within budget, but for me it was usually economy on Singapore airlines. However one time the wbs charging didnt work so I had to pay first at the hotel, you can apply for the amex for that. To subsidize meals and other expenses, per diem amount will be given depending on country.
I returned to sg in april 2021 so im not sure if there were other changes since then

Business trip they only cover for economy ah lol so stingy, so many other companies even less prestigious as Accenture also cover at least business class if it’s employees have to fly overseas for projects. Looks like Accenture not a company to join lol.

For me the per diem and other benefits e.g. global insurance are more important. If flying business is that important to you, maybe you should look elsewhere lol

So easy to change roles in accenture meh? Suddenly saw one person who joined as business and integration analyst then now suddenly become consulting development analyst. Consulting harder to get offered dk how she managed to switch when she wasn’t offered in the first place. Connection game strong sia

Saw they hiring for strategy for next year, seems like it’s once every two years. For those who joined this year, can we apply internally and do a transfer to strategy if we’re currently under consulting? Anyone who did it in the past or know of people who did it, please share on the process
