You are the clown ... it is very very common for background checks which are conducted by external parties to take 1+ month and for industries with short notice periods, it is actually quite common for people to start work without their background checks completed.

I myself have been in that situation when switching banks. You guys like to **** on accenture without even knowing how the world works, hilarious man

Hey, Iím just trying to know more, if you arenít able to help please refrain from insulting and spamming the thread.

I received a verbal offer when the hr called, I have also gotten an email from the hr listing out the offer like salary, bonus, medical and probation info. I was tasked to confirm if I accept or reject the offer and also to submit my personal info. Will I be getting an official contract? And if so, how long after can we get it? What will be the other stages afterwards too?

Those whoíve joined recently and been through the Talent advancement program process hope you can shed some light on this. Thanks.

Yes, once you accept you will proceed and it will be official.

It's the same as pretty much every other tech company out there. I have a friend in this program as well and it's the same, verbal offer -> "Yes I accept" -> 2 days later get all the documents.
