1. 5 days after EE: Receive HR phone call verbal offer
2. On the same day: TAP email offer
3. Next day of accepting offer: Employment agreement documents to sign + Insurance benefits
4. Once completed documents, next day: Receive background check link.
5. 3 days later: Request for authorisation from background check company.
6. Once submitted: Immediately receive onboarding journey timeline.

New hire from earlier in the year - We had to go to a site and apply to receive our welcome kit. Think it arrived within a few days (a water bottle, 2 A5 exercise books and a pen I think?)

It was before covid, depending on your dte the countries will vary! Not sure about this year. If anyone knows can share
