whats the catch? if im not wrong accenture pays <5k monthly for freshers right? i get that the name is big but there's many other big tech companies also, most that are WFH... whats the appeal for this company that people want to join?

Base pay is only 4.5k, 400 is allowance that makes up 4.9k but technically can treat the 400 as your ot pay… no mentorship at all I’m already in 1.5 years
