Imo Accenture is a good place to start your career really. Relatively easier to get in then those above mentioned firms. Pay also not bad. Working hours wise. This is Heng suay depend on project/ boss/ client many many factors, but definitely better than those above mentioned companies cheers hope we can promoted together in Dec to hit CL9

MBB close to no chance tbh, FAANG yes possible tho quite unlikely (but have seen and heard of a few) although these are more consultant/manager-ish/less tech heavy roles.
if you are looking to join FAANG in a tech role then no, lesser chance than MBB.

does acn sponsor mba? Or do they encourage? Say a year of sabbatical to pursue mba, is it something possible?

If you planning to do mba already right no point gong to Accenture suffer there with the wlb, must as well go someone else paying about the same but not so drastic working hours.
Cos if you see for MBBs, majority are mba holders and they may come from some less known companies before that too. But the difference is the mba degree lo, prolly cos they want consultants who have that exposure and maturity bah

Never heard of anyone in acn being sponsored mba before, you got to fork out your own money. Even not all projects have enough budget (as you can see from previous pages), so let alone the possibility of sponsoring you. No sabbatical as well, you either resign and come back again after your mba, but if you’ve alr gotten an mba what’s the point of coming back? You can go to better companies

there are many positions in acn for fresh grads ie. instead of tap you interview for the project, for the role directly. i just got a call from them ytd ask if i want biz and arch integration analyst. 4.5k. didnt even apply this thing, they called me aft seeing my profile on some job board.
if you are asking which of them are good, none are in acn. thats my take.
refer back to my earlier post about the two tiers of tech companies in sg. all the best.
