BT not even that big as compared to other govt project like IRAS for example. Don’t understand why all the bt people making a huge fuss and acting like they have no time for other things except uat and bt. To the new joiners, uat is pretty much the same for all projects not just bt lol, if you can’t manage your time, wonder how you manage your work.

Even if your cc for god sake really sucks, just do well in your job and request for change to your Hr partner but of course provide proof on how your people lead sucks (like screenshots or evidences of you contacting but they ignore or explicitly tell you so), if that’s the way your cc do things, you’re not the only one now or in future. So one day people will know what he/she is like and I’m pretty sure it will backfire. Karma will also be there, if ur people lead don’t do his/her job for you as a people lead, well then his/her own people lead karma wouldn’t do it for them to.

Good luck to y’all, just know that there are still nice and helpful people around in Accenture, don’t let that few spoil your experience.

Do the CC know who are their counselee assigned to them? If not how they verify not some Tom sick and Henry contact them claiming to be their counselee haha

Joining a project soon and wanted to ask how do we know our charge code? Is there a place to determine your charge code for that project? Or do we have to ask the project PMO or HR partner? Cos charge code can be different for different people who may be in same project right? And who will be the reviewer and approval?

Are the timing in myTE per day fixed at 8:0 hours? If we on project and particular days we work till like 8pm can we put 10.0 hours in myTE or can only
Put the standard 8 hours?

Can analyst who just joined this week aka early july under TAP be promoted next year June? Just nice one year which according to TAP 1+2, promote after one year to senior analyst. But TAP do huge so they can promote one whole bulk or only selected few?

Can be promoted even if your people lead don’t represent you? Which theoretically speaking can’t be promoted right cos not mentioned in talent discussion. But according to talent advancement program, supposed to be promoted after one year to senior analyst? So like this how? 🤔

Yeah of course but that doesnt always work out right? even if you join FAANG like Amazon, you will get some piece of crap manager who will ghost you or hire you just to fire you and meet their yearly hire to fire quota.

just do the job, whatever it is, get promoted in 1 year. you dont need a responsive CC to get promoted anyway, not sure where did that even come from. most CCs will msg u nearing the end and ask u for a quick summary so that they can BS it.
