Yeah of course but that doesnt always work out right? even if you join FAANG like Amazon, you will get some piece of crap manager who will ghost you or hire you just to fire you and meet their yearly hire to fire quota.

just do the job, whatever it is, get promoted in 1 year. you dont need a responsive CC to get promoted anyway, not sure where did that even come from. most CCs will msg u nearing the end and ask u for a quick summary so that they can BS it.
