Hello, anyone know or experience can kindly advise? Thanks~

Just joined Accenture early this month and should be graduating this year. Final results will only be out sometime late this year and if final cgpa or honours is really bad like just a pass cert with no honours and poor cgpa (eg. 2+), will Accenture rescind my offer and ask me to leave? Because I started work like now before knowing my results, can graduate just that with bad cgpa and probably a pass degree.

Sry and also if they don’t rescind my offer, will this results of my degree affect my opportunity to promote?

We very busy. BT just enter UAT stage. No time to entertain you really. You can try request for change to HR

No. As long as u have a pass degree, is fine

Da fuq why do u need your lead or CC to reply you??

Just cruise, get promoted in 1 yr, farm YOE and money then hop after two years or so...

U want experience? Most juniors at literally F500 companies and even FAANG are pretty much self learned lleple

100% agree with this. But accenture can’t really get into F500 or faang right?

Are you the person lolll. Suggest to his counselee unless your people lead tell you himself that he’s busy and have no time to entertain you, use it as proof to support your request to change. If not it just looks badly on you as though you’re picky.

Basic courtesy is to reply isn’t it. Not like asking much lol, that’s their job in the first place to provide career guidance and support. If such people lead don’t bother then they should not take up this role and just tell the HR, just seems like a irresponsible act and using busy as an excuse. If other people lead at the same level can do their people lead job, don’t see why a particular few can’t. Everyone is busy lol not just that one or few particular people, they aren’t busy all year long right. Don’t you know to promote your freaking cc have to do things and attend the talent discussion and represent you right, if not how the fuq you can promote lmao.
