also need to look at why the grade drop if the pax move from Ministry to SB or vice versa?
could it be due to different in job grading?
some SB/Ministry don't use Mx, instead use different grading nomenclature right?

Both SB and Ministry drop grade, could it be due to I am in my current organisation for many years? Some told me because they cannot offer higher grade due to no head count.

Which is the typical contract for SB or Ministry? Am offered a contract of 3 years, is it normal?
