Manager 5-6K is ok. It depends on your experience as well. Culture wise many have said it’s quite toxic. You can check on Glassdoor but I heard the company deletes negative reviews to maintain squeaky clean image. Can anyone share about their interview process?

I don’t think it’s one week. My experience is at least a month from first interview to final offer. They will have to raise the request for approvals and make the necessary checks. Nothing moves fast in the civil service. If you want speed, go private.

Paper trail usually will happen after you have verbally confirmed, so usually HR of the SB will call you first..

how long since your interview? 1 - 2 weeks is the common waiting time, less than 1 week if they urgently need to hire..
