Hey all, seek advice on if this is normal:

1. Interviewed late-feb for a stat board
2. Informal offer (Email, saying they would like to offer but not disclosed salary package yet) early-mid jan
3. Mid-end jan asked for an update, but no reply (been a week since)

No hope or just need to wait? HR has been unresponsive (I emailed once to ask for a status update).

if your HR POC email havent bounce
technically it's still not out of contention

but u cant rule out a u-turn or change of direction after some change of thoughts
perhaps they may have interview and realise need a wider scope for the incumbent
so revise JD etc
