Im abit worried coz I gained weight and the doctor told me my BP is borderline.

Hi don't worry about it if no major health conditions.
May I know how long your medical took to be scheduled? From the date you submitted medical declaration.

Of course it will. I will be difficult or close to impossible to join civil service if you are mentally challenged.

Damn. Immature. Are you seriously old enough to get a job? People come here to give you genuine support and response and we have people like you coming here to troll lol.
Good luck with your job hunt (and current job), hope you go far.

Movement Policy
Hi everyone. I am a current staff in a stat board and i have recently got offered from another stat board. The new stat board ask if i would like to transfer via Movement Policy. Downside is that it will take up to 3 months and that my current company HR will be notified. So shld i inform my RO first before HR link up or just wait till 1 month before where ill resign n serve my notice? 1 issue im worried of is when HR has been notified, my RO may get to know about it as well and it could be ugly if my RO did not find 9ut abt this from me first. Seek advice on wad steps shld i take.

Just inform your RO that you have a offer on the table and would be leaving via movement policy. Leave it to your RO to decide on the duration needed for you to stay and do the handover properly, if he requests for 3 months and your new stat board is OK with it, then so be it.
Unless your new stat board is unwilling to let you delay so long, you might have to consider quitting and joining as fresh hire and forgo your years of service and prorated bonuses.
Since you are going to leave, your current stat board will surely not give you a good appraisal score. So you might want to consider if movement policy is actually worth it.
