Movement Policy
Hi, for leave entitlement under Movement Policy, can u apply leave during your first 3 mths of svc? Ustnd that new hire couldnt do so, only after 3 mths. And after 3 mths of svc, will u get ur full annual leave (e.g. 21 days)?

Never saw any restrictions regarding leaving raking for first 3 months at any of the past stat boards I have been with. Are you sure that's a thing?

I just joined a SB recently. Yes, the HR insisted to contact my previous employer i.e. 2 employers before this current one, after i cleared the interview and there was interest to hire.
I found it weird they had no desire to check w my then current employer on my current work performance. I guess this HR wanted to find out if there was a case where i had left employment due to unfavorable circumstances.

Guys what if the stat board you work for previously was toxic and unreasonable? How do you tell HR?

That's the problem. You can't. Same for when people interview you for a new job, you just got to find a reason that doesn't bash ur current workplace.
