I had rejected an interview invite a few months back but wanted to apply again to the same agency on a different position now. I wonder if HR will blacklist me. LoL.

I applied for a position in mid jan.

recruitment team wrote in on end jan to ask for additional info.

did and completed 2 online assessments in early feb.

was informed I will receive an "update for my application" 3-4 weeks from the last online assessment.



don't quite understand what this "update" means.

shortlisted for interview or mean something else?

sounds like the update mean if u clear the online assmts, everything falls nicely & then u get shortlisted for F2F or zoom/webex/MS teams interview?

1st week Jan - Email to fill up forms and written test
2nd week Jan - Interview
1st week Feb – Ask for details and expected salary
3rd week Feb – Additional details and verbal offer
4th week Feb – LOA
