haha now public sector throw a stone also can get a scholar or some director. i find it funny the real scholars still refer to themselves humbly as administrative officer while the fake kind call themself this scholar that director etc.

now with gov emphasize equal hiring opportunity for all regardless of academic background, expect to see more of these so call scholars from normal local or private uni pop up at gov sector in the future.

In the end all that counts is how much $$$ you get paid, why people keep getting so obsess with boliao things like job titles, scholoar or non-scholar defintion? No money can say whatever scholar you like but in the end still a cao farmer.

Thanks everyone for contributing to the thread. Now I understand there is 2 types of HR generalist & specialist and will try to aovid joining as a generalist, but honestly still a little confuse difference b/w specialist & generalist.
For e.g. - is the above Nestle HR Specialist job consider specialist? What kind of specialism will it be under?

this is classic example of abusing job titles. the nestle job is a typical hr senior exec job, i.e. general hr operations side with a fancy title.
if u read the job requirements, it consist mainly of general data collation, customer service and administrative duty that don't require any special knowledge
