ASEAN Organization Development Lead, 228k p.a. but require frequent travelling.

Is this consider Director level?

No. I report to Senior BP who report to the HR Director. Director would easily have exceeded 25k a month.

Interesting! 7 years exp means since 7 years since graduation?

Talent Sourcing Specialist with 5 yrs exp for a local bank now drawing monthly 9.4k, bonus is much lower than when I was a headhunter, but work life balance is much better.

I'm a Training & Development person, and changing new job of paycheck $4.3K after 5 years of relevant T&D experience.
Worked for 8 years since graduation though.

Yea since grad, but I started off in OPS for about a year before switching to HR.
