This boliao person has been hanging around for years… it clearly lacks imagination, always posting the same type of content.
Think it’s probably better to just give it the deserved amount of attention - none at all.

I assume that this is your first pregnancy as you seem to be unsure what to do.
Please take the following into consideration.
1. What do you want to do with the baby. Continue with the pregnancy or abortion.
2. If it is abortion, please take note of the following:
By Singapore law, abortion is legal and accessible, but only if the pregnancy has not exceeded 24 weeks (6 months) of gestation.
3. If you decide to continue with the pregnancy, there are two available options.
Subsidised: You will not be able to choose a specific obstetrician of your choice. However, you will be cared by a team of doctors led by a consultant obstetrician.
Private: You get to choose your obstetrician who will follow you till you deliver your baby
4. Virtual Reality - You have to use your brain to think properly to determine whether your current situation is real or fake.
5. Anonymous Responder's Feeling - Please spare some thoughts about my feeling as well who spent some time to write this piece of unimportant essay but useful information.

Sorry first time at OPE here.
1. Since the window is closing soon, I'm assuming that for the organisations/schools that did not call up for interview or if there's no email notification until now, it means rejected already right?
2. When applying, the receiving organisation can see all your information, including past performance grades?

Most likely is places are taken up. You should have apply on day 1. I apply on day 1 of OP. 2nd day interview, third day offered was given.

With the amount of continual PSCs given out, the balance will be upset

Most of the senior management positions are already filled by scholars. I have come across a good number of young SLs, many of whom are groomed to take on the roles in their mid 30s. Their paths are pre-determined, because they are deemed to have higher potential/aptitude given their ability to…study. Because of that, there is a bottleneck situation. Imagine that they will be an SL for 20-30 years, how many hods can progress further. That limits the career advancement of aspiring new teachers.
There are things in the pipeline to TRY to resolve this, but…it doesn’t solve the root cause. While they can claim all they want that everyone stands an equal chance, we know that farmers likely remain as farmers.
With that said, some scholars are also capable individuals who can really make a positive impact on schools given their long runway. However, many are capable policy warrior who lack empathy.
