Peak is **** rn and I really feel like quitting.

Anyone can give some advice as to whether it is wise to quit now or stay for 5 more months until peak end and then quit.

Question here.. how does the hierarchy work?

I know generally speaking 1 year = 1 rank.

But is it like NS all over again, where I need to take orders from someone who could be same age but is 1 year ahead so 1 rank ahead?

And the girls will be 2 years so 2 ranks ahead?

Or it doesn’t matter cause the junior ranks all report to the managers anyway?

this applies in any workplace what. girls ahead by u 2 years cos of ns. so ur manager might be younger than u

I have a SM that forces us to OT until 3am everyday and even on weekends. What do I get in return? Her sarcasm and also berating me that I am not doing good enough. Of course, tell me which normal human being can survive with 3 hours of sleep everyday

Why don’t you approach her to explain the working hours are unreasonable, and you have other commitments?

Why not lodge or submit a formal feedback to the firm?
