I know generally speaking 1 year = 1 rank.

But is it like NS all over again, where I need to take orders from someone who could be same age but is 1 year ahead so 1 rank ahead?

And the girls will be 2 years so 2 ranks ahead?

Or it doesn’t matter cause the junior ranks all report to the managers anyway?
