Moi ish SM at Yellow. After asking moi friends in various department, here is salary scale as of 2022 Dec. Unfortunately no have friend in the consulting department cos bbfa , but heard is slightly lower than accenture. Don't spread ok, if not moi will get into trouble with Nam Soon!!

There is different pay scale for audit and tax unlike blue and orange

Not bad, EY is really up-ing their game. Knew from the start that no firms in the world except big 4 that prioritises career growth and trajectory. Ask yourself guys, which company will award their employees with near guaranteed big salary raises and promotions annually as long as you do not screw up. Firms outside of Big 4 only provide yearly increment of 3% every year and promotion at 10% every year (where a typical average Joe only promotes once every 2-3 years and plateau thereafter). In addition, one has an opportunity to become a partner in big 4 where their compensation is tied to profit sharing

Cmon guys, an employee with profit sharing is definitely gonna earn more than a fixed salary employee outside of Big 4. Big 4 undoubtedly wins in the long run. People who complain low pay in big 4 lack basic foresight which is worrying. This is why 90% remain poor like what Andrew Tate mentioned - you are poor because of the life choices you make.
