You know the bond has very low legal standing since it is not like they offer you scholarship for uni? Please make a big hooha so they would stop using scare tactics to make people stay. That is outright slavery

You mean mid tiers got bond even though they don't sponsor uni? Then ppl sign bond for what?

Are you sure? I’m under the impression the bond is due to them sponsoring certain fees for you. If you break bond, you (fairly) pay back the amount they sponsored you.

Big4 also had an arrangement where they sponsor your professional papers but if you leave within a certain period they can clawback them amount sponsored.

Im sure, most mid tier interviewer said that. Training...although nt sure wad so special..

Last year my infor is experienced hire s1 is 4.1k. S2 4.8k. Got difference meh. Revise 100....?
