Doubt it’s reliable.
Only HR and senior leadership would know details across all grades.
Normal people like me only know my grade plus minus or two due to seniors and juniors.

Yes. If you are at the bottom of the food chain, it is almost impossible for you to collate the figures from the superiors. If you are at the top, you are also only interested in the ones direct above and below you. None of my peers are that kaypo to find out for all levels too.
