During my time, they get the 17% employer contribution in cash. Not joking - Big4 pays employer contribution to foreigners. Supposedly so it’s fair and there is no discrimination.

So while we all get 3k, my take home was 2.4k but theirs is 3.5k

Both suppose to be equal all in

Foreigner (all take home) = SG take home + all cpf

Do you know the rates before the increment? Found it amazing that someone will know the rates of all level.

Doubt it’s reliable.

Only HR and senior leadership would know details across all grades.

Normal people like me only know my grade plus minus or two due to seniors and juniors.

Yes. If you are at the bottom of the food chain, it is almost impossible for you to collate the figures from the superiors. If you are at the top, you are also only interested in the ones direct above and below you. None of my peers are that kaypo to find out for all levels too.
