you mean the lack of increment in 2020? But the increment in 2022 was above and beyond the usual market rate, and supposedly "cover the back pay lost" no?

Obviously no. Besides freezing promotion and pay for a few months in 2020, yellow decrease all their staff pay for the whole of 2021...

Hello are u even from yellow? The firm got quite a sizable increment in 2021
