if deloitte and pwc never raise pay, maybe there'll be more and more auditors from deloitte and pwc jumping to EY

Precisely... ey partners known for being stingy. They reduced pay in 2020 during covid when the other big 4 did not... Isn’t it surprising that they are willing to increase pay again?

They scared people quit during April. Most people quit in April and Oct to dec. I guess the turnover rate must be so high until they have to revise the pay twice in 6 months
