My mgr pay was previosuly 6.8K
Went up to 7.2K in the market adjustment.

Hi guys, i recently signed a contract with 1 of the big4 firms and i received an even better offer elsewhere, is it possible to rescind the contract with the big4 (havent start work yet)? i am scared if i kenna any penalty or something, thanks

Inform the HR nicely about it. Just google "withdraw job offer after acceptance" and u will find tons of templates. Tweak it to fit your own circumstance. Don't burn bridges
