Blue is G2 > G1 > S4 > S3 > M0 or M1. Maybe some of them nice enough and just say A1 and A2 to make things less complicated.

M0 is abit of a legacy issue. It used to be 1 year AM then promoted to M. But in certain years (due to bad economy or too many m), they decide to switch to 2 year AM model. Then ppl quit since it slows the promotion (and pay), then they switch to M0/M1 model. One of the ways, big4 screwed with people while overworking them

Nah, doesn't happen. Only heard of one second year senior associate (s3) promoted to manager ie skipping the AM year. The person still left eventually despite the out of ordinary promotion

I thought big 4 would stop WFH as they are spending so much on leasing office space but at least in yellow its not the case, still WFH

WFH is bad for new joiners and juniors

I accepted an offer by KPMG as an audit associate and they recently told me to complete a game assessment. Just to ask if my offer will get rescinded if I fail the assessment?
