Hows the pay for back office vs mid tier. Mid tier 3-4 years exp only 3.6k??

A1: 3,200 (+1.5 mth)
A2: 3,500
S1: 4,300 (+2mth)
S2: 4,800
AM1: 5,600 (+2.5 mth)
AM2: Am is one year only
M1: 6,800 (+3 mth)
M2: 7,400
M3: 8,200
SM1: 9,200 (+4 mth)
SM2: 9,800
SM3: 10,500
SM4: 11,200
D1: 12,500 (+5 mth)
D2: 13,500
Partner: 300k/annum++(not guaranteed)
