yah pwc compensation is low. they have the best audit software and work culture, but pay is peanuts compared to the other big 4. there is a resignation surge now after the bonus payout last week.

Compensation isn’t the most important thing.
Give some weight to the culture, exposure, environment, learning opportunities etc
