Mid tier only worth it at SM level and above where package is negotiable and they will dangle carrots to poach you. Otherwise u have to deal with bond, **** pay, high turnover... There's a reason why turnover at first 2 years is 3x worse than Big 4. Anyway it's at least 10% lower for associate and senior

FYI nobody in Big4 talks about mid tier, ever.

How's the attrition at your teams? I thought it'd be lower because nobody tendered after bonus, but suddenly in the past 2 weeks so many people say they're leaving already. Does anyone know if they mentioned we've gotten enough replacements during townhall?

lol some of you mid tier guys really need to look at challenging some of these employment bonds as unenforceable penalty clauses
the scenario you mentioned is very likely an egregious example of an unenforceable penalty
even a bond that requires you to pay 50% x [remaining unserved months of service out of 2 years] is likely to be deemed by a court as a penalty
do any of u mid tier sinkies & jhks have the guts to break the bond and challenge these shiatty mid tier sweatshops in court?
