I have a new A1 under me, was told that their salary revision letter will be coming next week.

How long does it take to reach S3?

From the only friend I know in PWC, the first year is 3.4K and second year is 3.5K. There is no bonus for the first year.

I think the progression should be yearly at this point unless there is some issues or conflicts. So it should be roughly 4-5years.
