Consulting / advisory will be different then.
Whether you can get the SM title/pay, will depend on seniority / skillset and etc then.

Since now Blue starting pay is 3.6k with bonus, why would people even bother applying to other big 4s?

Blue has always paid higher than the other 3 i think, cos they pay $100-$200 more for honours. Ppl back then still apply to other firms... no difference from now

Transfer from big 4 to big 4
Thoughts: If I have a total 1 year of working experience in big 4 (6 months in audit and another 6 months in tax) as A1. Then after 1 year of experience, my mind is fixed on audit over the long run and decides to go KPMG (not the current big4 i'm at), will i be A2 in another big 4 when the requirement for KPMG states 1 year of working experience?

Maybe fresh grads have no experience so wanna try to see which one better fits. How do you know blue will take in as A2 after a year of different exposure/experience?

Which firm let you do 6 mths audit, 6 mth tax? You already done it or giving imaginary scenario
If you have done the audit peak in 6 months, you could get a chance to be 2nd year associate in the firm you did the audit peak. To get that in another firm, I believe it can be hard.
Firstly, it is hard to tell if you are of passable standards in the 6 months of audit. I can promote an off cycle hire who did ok in 6months, but it is harder to promote someone who joined from outside. There are people who get retained in 1st year associate, how do I know you are not one of those that is not of passable standards. Second thing is that there are obviously different workflows / audit methodologies and systems to learn. I need my 2nd year associate to guide the fresh grads, and potentially to step in as a senior if the senior quits. How am I going to rely on you who needs to learn the process just like any new associate.

Appreciate it if anyone can advise on how it’s like working at PWC cyber consulting, in terms of culture and workload.
