The increase in starting pay is for EP reasons

Not to attract BCC gen z for sure HAHAHAHA
Trust me if there were no minimum threshold the P/SM would change the starting pay to 2k w/o blinking eye

The Msian associates I had are more sensible than the locals from local uni. It's prolly a self-selecting cycle where the smarter ones get to study overseas while local uni grads think I'm from local uni = I'm god.

So don't blame them.
