Alot of audit seniors are still very afraid to do WIP, Construction, Inventory, Group audit, engagement.
Why is that so?

Why do u think so ? U scared u still have to do it. Treat it as exposure lor
If it’s a first year senior, then maybe yes at the start of it. But it will get better eventually.

I think the audit seniors fear that they don't understand the industry well enough or feel that there are too many procedures.

Why do audit associates feel that the workload is heavy, or that each engagement involves a high volume of samples?

Today, my partner asked me:
"Seriously, how much do we need to pay local university graduates to get them to join us? Do we really need to offer $7,000, or do we have to beg them to join us? If not, should we consider asking ACCA members to join us?
Then I said, "You should tell ISCA to sign an RMA with ACCA. Otherwise, why would ACCA members want to join the audit field?"

What I understand is the savvy and educated Gen Z all have side incomes at least like 3K to 4K and freedom of time.
So I am not sure how attractive can this $4.3K can attract.
Maybe attach graduates from Malaysia KL ?

Yeah, it's good that at least someone is doing half the vouching (I still have to do half because they never actually complete them). The downside is just that I need to check everything they do thoroughly. Still better than getting a solo job.
I suppose looking at the quality of the posts lately, it's no wonder my associates are dogshit in quality.

Wait, do you mean your partner is considering to do so?
“Do we really need” - sounds like they are contemplating it? Or just being sarcastic?
