Hi everyone,
I am thinking of resigning because I cannot cope with the amount of workload and backlog. The backlog is really a lot; there are some audits that date back as far as 2020 that have not yet been audited. Should I resign?

When i was an intern in 2017 as a poly internship, there was this client managing director asked me to search a pile of documents on the floor for invoices and said “if u can find there means have, if not means i dont have it too” in a rude tone.
Thank god that rubbish construction company delisted and liquidated.
Im there to audit, not a dog to find ur documents.
Never returned after my uni. Crazy place

The only reason I have a job is cause there is this stigma of being unemployed.
I don’t need the income persay, just the association that I am working in a MNC firm.

My partner also said the same thing, and he know singapoeans wont do that. so he purposefully hire malaysians who are willing because of 3.5
end up now he cant hire or renew the EP of those malaysians so he crying in his room as we speak.
