had to OT again yesterday quite shag, seriously wondering is it worth it, 31 years old only making 7k after 6 years of working

U can compare to ep requirement. Age by age. See u over or under pay.

wow so even millennials are starting to question their conviction?

31 year old means you are older than the current strawberry generation.. you are from the batch willing to grind and tahan for more than 3 years.

the Gen Z answer is "no way", but I thought millennials have different mindset, willing to work hard for low pay?

31 yo 7k is underpaid. Mom ep requirement is 7.6k for new requirement.
See whether you want to inclde cpf to make yourself better. Anw 23yo is 5.6k minimum.

By time of mgr… I guess u should be able to tell if u are ever making it to partner

If no, just go to commercial. My colleagues in early-mid 30s working in financial services / MNC tech is at least drawing 10k per month

Rly no point staying after a certain point

Hi guys, I met some people in SCAQ centre today studying for SCAQ.

Really thankful ISCA give us space to revise for exam.

4 years ago I was in the same position

Now earning 2.5x

Will the advantage over other candidates start to diminish when moving out to a commercial role if you stay in audit past Senior 1?

For eg, if you are Senior 2 and doing the exact same job scope and engagements as Senior 1. The only difference being a pay increase?
