M1 - 6800
M2 - 7800
M3 - 8300
SM1 - 9450
SM2 - 10200
SM3 - 10700
SM4 - I don’t know but hear it caps around 11k.

Why not just remove the senior rankings since senior all now dulan and going to rage quit. Just let the incoming associates lead the engagement la since there are also some posters saying everyone is doing more or less the same thing across all ranks. Gen z very smart one wat, let them deal with the partners also hahahaha
