During my time, they get the 17% employer contribution in cash. Not joking - Big4 pays employer contribution to foreigners. Supposedly so it’s fair and there is no discrimination.

So while we all get 3k, my take home was 2.4k but theirs is 3.5k

I think now different firm different pay lah, so depends which firm you asking about.

Advise you to check with your seniors instead of asking here cause too much outdated information. I left a few years ago already so dunno the current rates.

Thanks! I can confirm the accuracy for the Associate level pays. Wow the senior pay now is really much better. Hope the other 3 raise their senior pays to the market rates.
