hahaha this is why audit industry will never improve, bcs of ppl with this kind of backwards mentality including managers and partners. Then the seniors have to compensate for this kind of thinking, saying "oh last time i treated like this, so now u all have to go thru the same thing". And the endless hell of a spiral continues
