It's not a foreigner-only thing, a relative's kid boasted about getting satki 4k pay too. The rest just believe because blue go newspaper say got pay raise so everyone think audit really start at 4k already. Now everyone think my pay cb high but still whining about wlb knn

If he/she on EP.

Then it will be slightly tricky, as the new employer should have already apply for the EP and got the in principle approval (ipa) before his /her first day of start date.

Thus, if he/she decline the current offer and accept another, not sure if the another employer able to apply the IPA for his /her work pass.

Myself is JHK, thus know the process above.

Time flies, after 9 years in SG, i am holding pink IC nw.

Not sure why so many people complain about big 4
since 80% is malaysian inside
Sinkies dont suffer unless they allow themselves to suffer
We got better options, while those foreigners cant find jobs outside their scope of experience, and they dont have PR

Sinkie huat

I appreciate you becos u pay for my million dollar condo for me
I appreciate you cos u grow my economy by accepting no WLB jobs
I appreciate that u abandon your country and parents to grow my country
I appreciate that you let me piak your jhb, but they not allowed to m0an in chinese
I appreciate that you indirectly strengthen my SGD for me to travel

yea true, typically a big 4 Sinkie will have more exit opportunities than JHK EP.
they want to get PR also not so easy. I can tell u many of them in big 4 praying to get PR first before they leave. those JHK that leave are those who got PR since there is no difference between encashment of CPF or not. so our gov now tightening on who gets PR

Yes something like that. Thats why HR tricked them into thinking they applied for the EP already so that they dont take anothrr offer. There was a KPi in 2022 for hiring auditors that HR has to meet hence they were very gung ho. If you are wondering why even cmi people were hired this was why.

Under 2 years exp yes, can reapply for grad prograns. Below SM quite hard, most sinkie managers I know got same pay or paycut, minority 10% to 15% payrise because client poach. Or cannot find job. Job market has been really bad.
